Complaints and Attorney Requests in Pension Matters in Ukraine
Requests and complaints in pension matters are often an essential part of resolving pension-related issues. Complaints may be necessary when challenging unlawful actions, inaction, or decisions of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. If additional documents or information are required for the granting or recalculation of a pension, appropriate legal or attorney requests can be prepared and submitted.

For example, complaints may help expedite the verification by the Pension Fund of salary certificates required for a subsequent pension recalculation. Through attorney requests, we may obtain certificates confirming employment in positions or working conditions that qualify a person for a preferential pension, archival certificates confirming periods of employment and pensionable service, salary certificates, and other relevant documents. Such documents may be crucial both for the initial granting of a pension and for its subsequent recalculation.
