Preliminary Pension Calculation in Ukraine

People spend most of their lives working, paying taxes to the state budget and making contributions to the Pension Fund. As retirement approaches, a future pensioner naturally starts thinking about the amount of pension they may be entitled to receive. Since the applicable legislation contains many provisions that may seem rather complicated and difficult to understand at first glance, it is advisable to entrust a preliminary pension calculation to qualified professionals.

For a preliminary pension calculation, we generally require the following documents (this list is not exhaustive and may vary depending on the circumstances of each particular case):

• Employment record book and collective farm worker’s record book.
• Diploma confirming full-time education.
• Military ID.
• Your birth certificate.
• Birth certificates of your children.
• OK-5 certificate.
• Salary certificate (if available).
• If you have carried out business activities, you should also provide: certificates confirming payment of the single tax, fixed-tax patents, and a certificate from the State Tax Service confirming payment of contributions for the entire period of business activity (if available).
